Sunderland sexual health outreach team
The Sunderland Sexual Health Outreach team works with young people and other vulnerable groups across the city. It aims to provide education, advice and resources to help improve the Sexual Health of people in Sunderland.
As well as working with groups and individuals, the outreach team can provide free condoms, at home STI testing kits and aid referral into mainstream services around the city.
